Our Demands

•    Automatic voter registration 

    o    This can be accomplished using existing process such as social security registration
    o    Irrevocable voting rights for all: if felons voting decides the direction of the country we are already lost.
    o    Federal voting days are national holidays

•    Ranked choice voting for all federal elections 

    o    This includes an elimination of the electoral college as modern technology has long enabled the electorate to operate on its own behalf
    o    The office of POTUS must be elected by a plurality of ranked choice votes (not a simple majority) 

•    Percent choice voting on 50% of tax allocation

    o    Each cabinet department will have 50% of all federal taxes allocated to it based on percentages decided by the people with the other 50% being dedicated under the current model. This would occur incrementally starting with 5% allocation the first year and increasing by 5% each year for 10 years. 

•    Elimination of private school and introduction of unique federal minimum wage for teachers with federal qualifications determined by the ED

    o    All childhood education will be publicly funded through taxes assigned to the department of education under the percent choice tax allocation model. This will create a stronger, more well educated populace and improve parent-faculty communication so that parents have more direct involvement on what their children learn on a national level. This would not interfere with states rights to allocate additional funds for education as the state’s electorate sees fit. It would, however, prevent states from maintaining the right to any privatized grade schooling as this will and always has led to diminished opportunities for the majority. 

•    Elimination of for-profit medicine

    o    At least every US American adult has experienced the petty scam that is the US Medical system and drug trade. The relationship between the wealth of the immigrant Andrew Carnegie, the US American model of pharmacy-first health promoted by the AMA, the document Ronald Reagan Speaks Out Against Socialized Medicine, his SUCCESSORS nomination of Samuel Alito as POTUS, Alito’s appointment to the supreme court and the following victory of Citizens United over the FEC demonstrates why for-profit medicine is and has always been a sham and a racket. 

•    A capped percent correlation between the highest paid and lowest paid (including all methods of bonuses, benefits, and options) employee, board member, or affiliate of any business, conglomerate, ISAOA/ATIMA

    o    Any revenue generated including profits cannot be paid at any greater a rate to an individual employee where any other employee earns less than 1% of that amount. That is, if the highest paid employee earns 1 million dollars annually, the lowest paid employee cannot earn less than 10,000 dollars annually. This would enforce and codify “trickle-down” economics into a tangible, verifiable law. 

•    Public voting on the actions and business decisions (including acquisitions, executive staff pay, and R&D decisions which affect the general public such as waste management, local resource consumption, etc) of any conglomerate, business, person, or association whose wealth represents more than 1% of the total circulating supply of USD

       o    The current circulating supply of USD is $2.3 trillion dollars. Therefore any business which controls 23 billion dollars or more in assets would have it’s public actions submitted semi-annually in states where it (ISAOA/ATIMA including conglomerations, etc) does business. 

•    100% tax on any individual or immediate familial wealth exceeding 1% of the total circulating supply including all unrealized gains

    o    The current circulating supply of USD is $2.3 trillion dollars. Therefore individual wealth would be capped at $23 billion dollars and any additional wealth, assets, or income would be taxed at a rate of 100%. Under the percent choice tax model, these individuals could still choose to donate 50% of their taxes as they see fit. So, if one earned $73 billion dollars, 50 billion of it would be paid to taxes and 25 billion of that could be allocated to the cabinets of that individual’s choice. 

•    The automatic enshrining into federal law of any supreme court decision which is upheld for half a century or more; any law established this way will become eligible to be voted into the constitution as an amendment after 25 more years of being upheld (a total of 75 years). 

•    The transformation of local, state, and federal police into a Public Service and Heroism Network which operates to promote public safety through service and root cause R&D

    o    Public service heroes equipped with lethal force will be required to take a 4 year training course including a semi-advanced knowledge of all laws that are to be enforced and upheld. Current law enforcement officers are first in line with 8 years to complete training and join the PSHN which will replace local and federal law enforcement over the course of the 8 year period.
    o    All incidents will be dispositioned and analyzed for success using existing industrial processes and data analysis methods and any actions which do not directly lead to an increase in public safety and general welfare will be modified and/or eliminated. 
    o    Any percentage of funds spent arming PSHN officers must be matched in root cause R&D. For example, if armed theft is the justification for arming PSHN officers, at least the cost of arms must also be spent in analyzing the causes of armed theft and alleviating them. Again, any armed force use which disposition data shows does not have a positive effect on the social issue at hand will be modified and/or eliminated.
